Description
- Lead regional financial consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting across Asia
- Act as a strategic finance partner to regional and site leadership, supporting growth and investment decisions
- Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimisation
- Ensure robust financial governance, statutory compliance, tax matters, and intercompany processes
- Provide leadership across finance and shared corporate functions at country and regional level
- Support transformation initiatives including systems implementations and M&A-related projects
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional finance team
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- 12+ years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment
- Proven senior leadership experience within a multinational organisation
- Strong grounding in financial control, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
- Track record of partnering senior stakeholders on commercial and strategic matters
- Experience leading teams across multiple locations and cultures
- Hands-on exposure to ERP and enterprise reporting systems
