Job Description

Lead regional financial consolidation, forecasting, reporting, and budgeting across Asia
Act as a strategic finance partner to regional and site leadership, supporting growth and investment decisions
Oversee cash flow, liquidity planning, and working capital optimisation
Ensure robust financial governance, statutory compliance, tax matters, and intercompany processes
Provide leadership across finance and shared corporate functions at country and regional level
Support transformation initiatives including systems implementations and M&A-related projects
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing regional finance team

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
12+ years of progressive finance experience within a manufacturing environment
Proven senior leadership experience within a multinational organisation
Strong grounding in financial control, reporting, budgeting, and cash flow management
Track record of partnering senior stakeholders on commercial and strategic matters
Experience leading teams across multiple locations and cultures
Hands-on exposure to ERP and enterprise reporting systems
