Our client is a leading global provider in the logistics and supply chain industry, offering competitive and innovative solutions across Asia Pacific. We are seeking a Group Lead for Business Development in Contract Logistics. You'll be instrumental in driving significant business growth across key Southeast Asian and Australian markets, with direct responsibility for both strategy formulation and the execution of sales activities within Contract Logistics.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Lead and manage the Sales team across the SEA region (Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, Australia) to achieve short-term and long-term sales targets.

• Directly engage with potential clients to provide competitive and innovative Supply Chain solutions, specifically Contract Logistics services.

• Promote customer retention, cross-selling, and up-selling to existing client base.

• Propose detailed warehousing solutions and collaborate closely with the innovation and operational teams during the implementation and on-boarding process.

• Report and present detailed sales performance updates during internal management meetings.

skills and experience required

• At least 10 years of experience in direct sales with hunter mindset (not account management).
• Strong network connection within this industry.
• Proven sales achievement records (please include all info such as gross profit/revenue generated per month)
