About The Team
We are looking for a driven and structured Project Manager (PMO) to support key initiatives across CS (Customer Service) and KYC (Know Your Customer) functions. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence, process optimisation, and cross-functional project delivery across the region.
You will work closely with stakeholders across operations, product, risk, and compliance teams to streamline customer journeys, enhance KYC processes, and improve overall service efficiency and quality.
Job Description
- Lead end-to-end project management across KYC & CS-related initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals
- Identify gaps in existing workflows (e.g. onboarding, verification, customer support) and drive process optimisation and transformation projects
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and Tech teams to translate business needs into actionable plans
- Analyse key operational and customer metrics (e.g. customer satisfaction scores, resolution time, drop-off rates, approval rates) to generate insights and support decision-making
- Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and drive mitigation strategies
- Manage and align regional stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and effective project execution
Requirements
- 2+ year of experience in growth, analytics or consulting roles supporting financial products such as payments, savings or lending.
- Comfortable working with data and eager to deepen your skills in tools like Excel and SQL.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, curious, and learning-driven mindset.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to solve problems and work cross-functionally.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage work across multiple projects.
- Open to occasional flexible working hours to accommodate collaboration with local market stakeholders (e.g. 1:30pm–10:30pm).
