This role is about launching and driving growth, not maintaining the status quo.
About The Position
Title: Regional Growth Lead
Location: Southeast Asia (Malaysia preferred)
Department: Sales & Marketing
Reports to: Founder & COO
This is a hybrid role combining
- Growth (pipeline, funnel, acquisition)
- Enterprise sales (high-value deals, key accounts)
You will work directly with the COO to:
- Launch the new version to market
- Build and scale a repeatable growth engine
- Drive both volume growth and strategic deals
What You Will Be Doing
- Launch & Go-To-Market (Critical)
- Shape positioning, messaging, and offers for the new version
- Work with product and sales to ensure strong market fit
- Launch fast, iterate, and improve based on market feedback
- Drive Pipeline (Hands-On)
- Execute campaigns (Meta, Google, partnerships, outbound)
- Build inbound and outbound growth loops
- Generate high-quality, qualified demos
- Optimize Funnel & Conversion
- Improve: Lead to Demo rate and Demo to Close rate
- Refine sales scripts, landing pages, and onboarding experience
- Enterprise & Strategic Deals
- Support and drive high-value deals (school groups, chains, operators)
- Work directly with CEO on key accounts
- Strengthen enterprise pitch, narrative, and closing strategy
- Build & Scale Playbooks
- Identify what works across VN, SG, MY, ID
- Localize and scale winning strategies
- Run Experiments Fast
- Test pricing, packaging, channels, messaging
- Ship weekly experiments and double down on winners
What We Are Looking For
- 5–8 years in B2B SaaS (growth, sales, or GTM)
- Proven track record owning pipeline, revenue, or conversion metrics
- Experience in enterprise / high-value B2B sales
- Strong hands-on execution ability (campaigns, funnels, messaging)
- Experience in education / edtech is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working across Southeast Asia markets
