Responsibilities:
- Manage Procurement KPI (LSP Pool, Open Tender, Cost Saving, etc.)
- Evaluate LSP Operation Performance and manage the LSP pool
- Manage Ocean/Air Sales Performance, cost saving by strengthening the competitiveness of procurement and expanding business opportunities
- Develop carrier/partner relationships and strengthen the network
- Strengthen the pricing capability following business expansion
- Negotiate the price and space allocation with global shipping carriers, airlines, NVOCC
- Manage competitive pricing with shipping carriers/airlines through market sensing
- Manage the entire pricing process following market conditions timely
- Track market trends, update, and manage the pricing history database
- Manage bidding calendar, set up pricing strategy, bidding plan, and implementation to increase sales
- Secure MI for Ocean/Air market status, market sensing, and market status management
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Over 15 years of experience in a global logistics company/3PL company
- Minimum of 3 years of team management experience
- Global bidding leading experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
- Experience with large/long-term contracts and global account management
