Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Asia, Leading Medical Devices Multinational

Our client is a leading multinational in the Medical Devices industry. As part of their continued growth and strategic expansion across Asia, they are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Financial Planning & Analysis Manager Asia to support their evolving business needs.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading regional financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and regional consolidation. You will partner closely with the regional management team to deliver timely and accurate financial reporting, support business performance reviews, and ensure that financial targets are submitted in alignment with corporate timelines and standards. You will take ownership of full P&L variance analysis, providing deep financial insights and analytics to support strategic decision-making across the region. Additionally, you will lead initiatives to standardize reporting processes, enhance data accuracy, and improve efficiency across financial operations.

Ideally, you are a degree-qualified finance professional with CA/CPA certification and at least 10 years of relevant experience gained from large multinational organizations. You bring strong commercial finance expertise and hands-on experience in financial planning and analysis, with a proven ability to translate data into actionable business insights. You are proficient in financial systems and tools, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the gravitas to engage and influence senior stakeholders across diverse markets.
