About Our Client
Our client is a listed multinational medical devices company with a strong regional presence. The organisation is undergoing continued regional expansion and seeks a highcalibre finance professional to support strategic growth initiatives across Asia.
Job Description
Reporting to FP&A Director, you will:
- Lead revenue forecasting, margin analysis and profitability enhancement for SEA region
- Manage quarterly projections, annual budgeting, and longrange planning
- Partner with country GMs and commercial teams to align business targets and communication
- Conduct full P&L variance analysis for monthly, QTD, and YTD performance
- Support organic and inorganic growth initiatives through financial modelling and business case analysis
- Standardise reporting processes and ensure insights meet business needs
- Provide decision support through analytics, project financials, or strategic assessments
- Collaborate with controllership to ensure accurate and timely closings
- Lead market modelling, new business evaluations, and strategic planning efforts
- Support regional FP&A leadership and country teams on adhoc or strategic projects
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CA, CPA, ACCA qualified
- At least 6 years of finance experience, including commercial FP&A experience with MNC in a regional capacity
- Proficiency in Excel and Power BI hands on with developing dashboards and confidently present to senior leadership
- Strong analytical, problemsolving, and communication skills
- Independent, collaborative and able to deliver under tight deadlines
