This is a newly created role based in Singapore, designed to strengthen the regional finance function amid business expansion and transformation across Asia.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional Finance Lead, you will act as a key business partner to the Asia leadership team and country controllers:
- Lead Forecasting and Budgeting: Oversee the rolling 12-month forecasting process and manage annual budgeting cycles across the region, working closely with country controllers. Budgeting cycles typically span 45 months.
- Drive Variance Analysis and Performance Insights: Investigate deviations from forecasted results with local entities, work with business unit leaders to understand root causes, and support the development of corrective action plans.
- Manage Complex Reporting Environments: Consolidate data from entities using different ERP systems and Excel-based reports; support the transition toward unified systems and streamlined processes during ERP rollout.
- Support Financial Automation and Tools Implementation: Leverage tools like Power BI to automate reporting, improve efficiency, and support digitalisation initiatives across the finance function.
- Partner with Compliance and IT Teams: Act as a key liaison with the compliance team to ensure countries meet policy standards; collaborate with IT to recommend tools and develop standardised regional metrics and reporting templates.
- Support Special Projects: Lead or assist in regional finance projects, many of which are one-off and tied to business transformation, manufacturing expansion, or process improvement.
- Develop Financial Metrics and Ratios: Prepare financial ratios and key metrics to help standardise performance tracking across countries with varied operational maturity.
- Act as a Business Partner: Work primarily with country controllers, providing insights, recommendations, and financial guidance to support business decisions at a regional level.
Your Profile
- Regional FP&A or finance business partnering experience in a multinational setup.
- Prior exposure to themanufacturingor industrial sectors is highly desirableespecially if familiar with plant operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with working knowledge ofPower BIor other automation/reporting tools.
- Comfortable in a dynamic environment with frequent project-based work and changing priorities.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills across cultures and functions.
