Financial Management & Reporting
- Oversee daily finance operations, including vendor payments, cashflow, and statutory compliance in four countries.
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes.
- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in line with US GAAP and local accounting standards.
- Consolidate regional financial results and provide analysis to senior management.
Expense Management
- Review and validate monthly expense reports prepared by outsourced providers.
- Ensure adherence to global and local travel & expense policies across all regional offices.
Outsourced Accounting Oversight
- Manage relationships with outsourced accounting providers in Taiwan, Vietnam, Japan, and Korea.
- Review financial reports, tax filings, and statutory submissions from external partners.
- Ensure service levels, compliance standards, and deadlines are consistently met.
Compliance & Internal Controls
- Ensure adherence to tax laws, statutory requirements, and internal policies across all regions.
- Maintain and improve internal control and risk management frameworks.
- Liaise with auditors and regulators when necessary.
