We are looking for a Regional Account Finance, Finance Manager
We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to support our Regional Finance Director in overseeing financial operations, analysis, and strategic planning for our client account. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Analysis (Client and Corporate JLL)
Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business decisions
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities in financial data
Prepare financial reports for management and clients
Client Relationship Management
Ensure delivery of financial services in line with contractual requirements
Work with clients to manage total costs and identify savings opportunities
Invoice Payment & Processing
Process Improvement and Compliance
Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and maintained
Support the development and maintenance of financial policies and procedures
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and audit requirements
Others
Contribute to creating a collaborative work environment
And other duties as assigned
What this job involves
Business Partnering
You will be accountable for the successful delivery of the financial services as defined in the client contract supporting the Regional Account Director and the account finance team in handling business, operational, financial decision making and risk mitigation. On top of that you will be measuring and reviewing the financial KPIs.
Being detailed
You will be responsible for annual budgets, forecasts and monthly reporting pack, analyzing operational data across the client's property portfolio and ensuring accurate and timely financial information is provided to management team. You will be managing the ME process for the portfolio which includes budgeting & reporting systems, review ME reconciliations, monthly accruals and working with the client finance / Shared Service Centre and operations finance team to meet corporate reporting deliverables.
You will also be managing monthly, quarterly and ad hoc account management finance's requirements for the portfolio with inputs from client finance team. You will be supporting the account finance team in driving specific initiatives such as savings targets, benchmarking and implementing best practices.
Being transparent
You will be helping the business to be transparent by ensuring that the appropriate process and systems controls are in place and maintained to guarantee the integrity of all transactions. You will also ensure that all financial accounting and reporting is audit worthy and is according to the recognised quality management processes. On top of that, you will also ensure that all operation staff are well trained on the financial systems and are effectively able to extract data.

Experienced
You have a degree in finance, accounting certification preferred with at least 7 years of experience including 3 years with regional exposure. You are able to think strategically, solve problems and make decisions. You will have a real passion and interest for the industry, coupled with excellent business partnering & commercial finance experience.
Capable
You pay strong attention to detail and possess excellent problem solving skills. You have good work ethic and a positive attitude with a can do mind-set and will follow through on issues. You are also a self-starter with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlines.
Team player
You are team player who promotes open, constructive and collaborative relations with superiors, subordinates and peers, regularly contributes to team discussions and problem solving/ brainstorming sessions. You are also an effective listener and communicator.
