Job Responsibilities:
Regional Finance Leadership
- Lead financial consolidation across APAC and manage group financial audits.
- Oversee intercompany accounting, FX translation, and grouplevel adjustments.
- Manage daily finance operations (AP, AR, GL, tax) and ensure timely monthend close.
Team & Process Excellence
- Mentor offshore finance team members and support their professional development.
- Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support ERP migration projects and drive standardisation across markets.
Strategic & CrossFunctional Support
- Manage regional tax compliance (corporate income tax & GST).
- Support new market entry through financial/regulatory research and setup planning.
- Resolve complex issues and drive continuous improvements through automation and process optimisation.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant qualifications, such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
- More than 8 years of progressive experience in group finance, consolidation, and financial operations.
- Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of regional tax and statutory reporting.
- Experience with financial controls and ERP implementations (preferred).
- Highly organised, detailfocused, and comfortable in a fastpaced environment.
