Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field MBA / CPA / ACCA / CMA preferred.
- Over 10-15 years of progressive finance experience, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
- In-depth knowledge of regional accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance.
- Skilled in financial analysis, problem-solving, and strategic decision-making.
- Meticulous, detail-oriented, and committed to accuracy and integrity.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and ERP / financial reporting systems.
