Regional Field Service Engineer (Oil & Gas / Marine Industrial Machines)

We are helping our MNC client to seek a proactive and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy regional traveling, handson engineering work, solving complex technical challenges, and supporting customers across diverse industrial sectors. You will serve as a key technical representative of the company, ensuring high service standards and longterm customer satisfaction. You will support across multiple industries, including Petrochemical, Chemical and Oil & Gas.

Key Responsibilities

. Act as the primary technical liaison for customers, managing service requests, spare parts coordination, and upgrade/retrofit inquiries.

. Deliver remote diagnostic support, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps to minimize downtime.

. Conduct onsite service work, including installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive maintenance, and corrective repairs on machinery and rotating equipment.

. Document all service activities through comprehensive service reports, ensuring accurate followup on parts, recommendations, and customer needs.

. Work confidently with fullscale industrial production machines.

Requirements

. Qualification in Engineering such as Electrical, Mechatronics or Mechanical.

. 3 to 8 years experience to industrial machinery, electrical systems, PLCs, or instrumentation is helpful (but not mandatory).

. Able to read and understand basic electrical drawings and P&ID diagrams.

. Enjoys handson work and is willing to travel for field assignments.
