MAIN PURPOSE
- Work with the Regional Service Delivery Team (2-3 Personnels)
- Manage end-to-end EUC projects for 8 countries in APAC region which includes Offices, Warehouses, and Factory
- Manage our EUC vendors in APAC region
- APAC markets include Taiwan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, India with close to 3,000 end users and 500 stores across the region
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Leadership: Manage end-to-end EUC projects including device refresh programs, virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) deployments, OS upgrades, and collaboration tool rollouts.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with IT teams, business units, vendors, and end users to gather requirements, align expectations, and ensure successful project outcomes.
- Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and budgets. Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to meet objectives.
- Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and issues early, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure timely resolution.
- Change Management: Drive user adoption through training, communication, and support strategies. Ensure minimal disruption during transitions.
- Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with third-party service providers and hardware/software vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular updates to leadership, maintain project documentation, and ensure compliance with IT governance policies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure or EUC projects in a medium to large enterprise environment.
- Strong understanding of EUC technologies including Windows OS, Microsoft 365, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), endpoint security, and mobile device management (MDM).
- Excellent project management skills with proficiency in tools like MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
