Lead and manage EHS policies and programs to ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
Oversee environmental compliance, including permits, reporting, and management of hazardous materials, waste, air, and water standards.
Drive workplace safety and industrial hygiene initiatives, including hazard identification, exposure monitoring, and incident prevention.
Manage incident reporting, investigations, and corrective actions to foster a strong culture of continuous safety improvement
Design and deliver EHS training programs while building workforce engagement, accountability, and capability within teams.
Lead emergency preparedness, risk management, and audit readiness, ensuring effective coordination with local authorities and stakeholders.
Support regional EHS strategy across Asia-Pacific by aligning site practices, addressing local regulatory needs, and contributing to sustainability initiatives.
Requirements:
Degree in Engineering
At least 10 years of EHS experience
China experience will be a plus
