- Manage existing customer and develop new potential opportunities
- Develop and maintain a sustainable distribution network
- Provide regular updates on regional performance and market insights
- Ability to handle all the enquiries and negotiation with customer
- Identify and engage with high-potential dealers and customers
- Lead team to fulfil customer escalations/reschedule
- Define clear sales targets and KPIs
- Drive cost reduction by working with internal functions
skills & experience required
- Msc / Degree in engineering
- Senior B2B sales manager who wish to step up are encourage to apply the job
- Minimum 15 years of industrial business development through distributor/dealer network
- Experience in managing sales personnel and turnaround for underperforming sales personnel
- Experience in B2B sales in heavy machinery / construction / HVAC
- Able to travel to overseas-regional for work assignment (20% Regional)
- 5 day work week in Singapore (no Hybrid)
