Job Description

Job Title: Regional Director, Client Experience, APAC

Account Leadership & Client Management

• Own and lead the largest global accounts across APAC, acting as the primary client

contact and senior liaison with internal teams

• Drive strategic client conversations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and building

strong, long-term relationships

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships

Strategic Growth & Commercial

• Translate client business challenges into clear growth opportunities, mobilising local

APAC teams to deliver eBective, insight-led solutions

• Identify and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities within region, connecting with

other regions to fast track the opportunities.

• Lead SOW development, renewals, and commercial negotiations with clients

• Lead or co-lead pitches, securing new business and negotiating commercial terms

Planning, Activation & Delivery

• Oversee multi-channel planning and activation, guiding teams to deliver integrated

strategies and competitive product propositions

• Collaborate with channel and market teams to manage priorities, resources, and

timelines, ensuring seamless campaign execution

Operational Excellence

• Maintain and improve project plans and processes to drive operational eBiciency

• Ensure smooth delivery by aligning workflows, timelines, and team responsibilities

• Stay ahead of industry, product, and channel developments, proactively sharing

updates with teams and clients

Agency Capability Building

• Partner with regional leadership to strengthen and scale key marketing capabilities

across Southeast Asia

• Scale processes and opportunities across all accounts in Southeast Aisa to drive

eBiciencies and commercial positivity.

• Support ongoing training initiatives and mentorship programs to foster professional

development within the agency.

• Strong senior stakeholder management and communication skills• Commercial acumen with proven negotiation experience

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capability

• Experience driving growth across existing and new business

• Ability to lead cross-functional, multi-market teams

• Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing and media planning

• Excellent organisational and project management skills

• Ability to manage complexity and multiple workstreams

• Collaborative approach with strong influencing skills

• Curiosity and proactive approach to industry trends

• Strong knowledge of the digital, media, and marketing landscape
