Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups
  • Coordinate client bookings and schedules
  • Support event setup and guest experience
  • Assist in sales coordination and package explanation
  • Manage daily admin and operational tasks

Ideal Candidate:

  • Comfortable in female working environment, preferably Mandarin-speaking (Mostly Chinese China clients base)
  • Strong communication and people skills
  • Able to work weekends (event-based)
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment
