- Drive the regional crypto and digital asset strategy and product roadmap across Southeast Asia and Latin America markets (e.g. Philippines, Singapore, Brazil), covering opportunities such as crypto payments, crypto trading, stablecoins and tokenized assets.
- Identify and evaluate new business and product opportunities through market, competitor, customer and regulatory research, and develop recommendations for senior management.
- Lead crypto and digital asset initiatives from initial assessment and business case development through partner selection, internal approval, implementation and launch.
- Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Product, Engineering, Operations and local country teams to assess regulatory and operational feasibility and develop compliant product structures.
- Source, evaluate and manage external partners, including exchanges, custodians, payment providers, liquidity providers and other digital asset infrastructure providers.
- Drive cross-functional execution, manage key dependencies and risks, and ensure initiatives progress against agreed priorities and timelines.
- Monitor relevant market and regulatory developments and translate them into implications and actions for the organisation's product roadmap.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience, with exposure in crypto/digital assets, fintech or financial services, with meaningful hands-on exposure to the crypto or digital asset ecosystem.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business, engineering or another relevant discipline.
- Strong understanding of crypto and digital asset products, market participants, business models, operational processes and key regulatory considerations.
- Demonstrated ability to develop product or business strategies and drive complex cross-functional initiatives from concept to execution.
- Strong commercial judgement and analytical skills, with the ability to assess market opportunities, regulatory constraints, execution risks and business trade-offs.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior stakeholders and external partners.
- Comfortable operating independently in an ambiguous and fast-evolving environment, with the maturity to prioritize, make decisions and drive execution across multiple markets.
