We are inviting candidates for the position of:

Regional CRM & Insights Analyst (SEAO)

We are looking for a Strategic CRM Analyst to join our Regional CRM team. This is not a back-office reporting role. You will be the bridge between complex data sets and actionable business growth. While you will be responsible for the technical rigor of data extraction and dashboarding, your primary value lies in your ability to translate numbers into a Consultancy-grade narrative for regional and local stakeholders.

You must have a high degree of ownership. The ideal candidate should provide the So What and the Now What that helps the brand win in 8+ diverse markets across Southeast Asia and Oceania.

Key Responsibilities:

1. End-to-End Insights Ownership

  • Data Storytelling: Own the analytics lifecycle-from raw data extraction to the delivery of polished, client-ready strategic decks.
  • Business Interrogation: Analyze CRM performance across campaigns, audiences, and real-time journeys. You aren't just looking for metrics you are looking for insights and trends.
  • Consultancy-led Reporting: Develop high-impact written summaries and presentations that prioritize business insights over raw data points. You must be able to tell a compelling story to stakeholders who may not be data-literate.

2. Regional & Local Market Partnership

  • Strategic Alignment: Partner closely with the Regional and local teams to ensure that measurement frameworks align with hyper-personalization goals and campaign intent.
  • Market-Level Guidance: Act as a consultant for local markets, helping them interpret their specific performance data and providing clear recommendations for optimization.
  • Proactive Optimization: Identify trends, anomalies, and whitespace opportunities within the data to inform future regional planning and roadmaps.

3. Operational & Technical Excellence

  • Data Quality & Governance: Take ownership of data hygiene and the accuracy of regional reporting. Contribute to the automation of scalable analytics processes to move the team toward real-time reporting.
  • Advanced Querying: Be the hands-on expert for data validation to structure and query data across various CRM platforms and regional data sources.
  • Measurement Frameworks: Build and maintain sophisticated visualization frameworks (Adobe Analytics/Tableau/PowerBI) that allow for at-a-glance clarity for senior leadership.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in CRM Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Marketing Data Science (Agency or Client-side experience in a regional capacity is a plus).
  • Strategic Mindset: A proven ability to link CRM KPIs (Open rates, CTR, Conversion) to broader business outcomes (Retention, LTV, and Revenue).
  • Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting insights to regional leads and driving alignment on marketing decisions.
  • Technical Mastery: Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel. Significant experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Automation: Advanced proficiency in JavaScript for data manipulation, automation, and analytics implementation.
  • Data Engineering & Pipeline Management: Experience with data pipeline management, including data ingestion, transformation, validation, and integration across CRM and analytics platforms.
  • Ecosystem Knowledge: Deep understanding of the CRM marketing ecosystem, including lifecycle stages, audience segmentation, and multi-channel journey orchestration.
  • Adobe & MarTech Proficiency: Familiarity with Adobe Experience: Campaign and RT-CDP and Adobe Analytics for audience mining and performance reporting is highly preferred.
