Job Description

Our client is a global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional CRM Implementation Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and develop a CRM & Applications team supporting the Asia Pacific region.

  • Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across IT, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Technical/Field Service teams.

  • Lead regional CRM projects and process enhancements within the wider Customer Engagement ecosystem, including sales, service, marketing, and data platforms.

  • Drive system adoption, user support, and adherence to defined SLAs, performing regular quality checks and adjustments as needed.

  • Define KPIs for team performance, user adoption, and satisfaction in alignment with regional and global standards.

  • Provide data-driven insights, track CRM-related KPIs, and develop reports to support commercial and operational excellence.

  • Ensure stakeholders are equipped with proper training materials and execute training strategies to maximize system usage and effectiveness.

  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and workflow optimizations to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.

  • Represent the region in global CRM governance forums, raising local enhancement requests and improvement initiatives.

  • Support cross-functional change management, ensuring alignment of CRM functionalities with business needs and digital transformation objectives..

  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business/IT/Data Science, or related field.
  • Experience with Veeva CRM or Salesforce CRM systems.CRM systems.
  • Proven experience in CRM implementation, migration, or system rollouts.
  • Strong stakeholder management, Salesforce effectiveness and regional collaboration skills.
  • Commercially oriented with experience supporting sales, marketing, or customer-facing teams.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally within the APAC region for project-related activities.
