Our client is a global Pharmaceutical Manufacturing industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Regional CRM Implementation Manager to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in Central.
Job Responsibilities:
Build, lead, and develop a CRM & Applications team supporting the Asia Pacific region.
Collaborate with regional and global stakeholders across IT, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Technical/Field Service teams.
Lead regional CRM projects and process enhancements within the wider Customer Engagement ecosystem, including sales, service, marketing, and data platforms.
Drive system adoption, user support, and adherence to defined SLAs, performing regular quality checks and adjustments as needed.
Define KPIs for team performance, user adoption, and satisfaction in alignment with regional and global standards.
Provide data-driven insights, track CRM-related KPIs, and develop reports to support commercial and operational excellence.
Ensure stakeholders are equipped with proper training materials and execute training strategies to maximize system usage and effectiveness.
Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and workflow optimizations to enhance efficiency and customer engagement.
Represent the region in global CRM governance forums, raising local enhancement requests and improvement initiatives.
Support cross-functional change management, ensuring alignment of CRM functionalities with business needs and digital transformation objectives..
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
