Responsibilities
- Act as the trusted technical support/ sales advisor for Data Center HVAC projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (consultants, developers, operators).
- Write and influence technical specifications for consulting engineers and end-users.
- Provide overall support to the sales teams and customers with technical consulting and product recommendations.
- Conduct technical training sessions for internal teams and external clients.
- Provide supervision to the local teams, ensuring high technical standards and knowledge sharing.
- Lead large and complex projects to optimize company product integration.
- Work with cross-functional team in sales, product management and technical support to enhance customer experience.
- Being company representative attending to industry events and associations.
- Stay updated with industry trends to offer innovative HVAC solutions for Data Centers.
- Identify new business opportunities through product applications and market research.
- Ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 4 - 6 years in technical consulting role, preferably Data Center HVAC projects
- Solid technical knowledge of HVAC, hydronics, and control systems
- Willingness to travel overseas whenever necessary
