The Role
My client is a Pharmaceutical firm with strong expansion plans in Asia, and we are looking for a Regional Compliance Manager to be based in Singapore. Reporting up to the Head of Compliance in Europe, you will be overseeing all Compliance matters in Asia.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the company's compliance program
- Ensure adherence to applicable pharmaceutical regulations (e.g., GxP, anti-bribery, promotional compliance, transparency reporting)
- Provide strategic compliance advice to senior leadership and cross-functional teams
- Oversee risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
- Manage internal investigations and remediation plans where required
- Design and deliver compliance training programs across the organisation
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on business operations
- Lead audits and compliance monitoring activities
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in compliance within the healthcare or life sciences sector
- Regional experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of regional and international healthcare laws and anti-bribery/anti-corruption
- Proven track record in building and sustaining a strong compliance culture.
- University degree in Law, Business, Finance, or related field.
- Able to work in a fast and collaborative environment
