Regional Commissioning Engineer (HVAC/ CDUs)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and carry out commissioning of chillers, CDUs, and related HVAC and liquid cooling systems at customer sites across the region.
• Develop commissioning plans, test procedures, checklists and schedules in line with project requirements.
• Conduct and witness Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT) and Integrated Systems Tests (IST).
• Perform start-up, functional testing, performance verification and fine-tuning of equipment and control systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues on mechanical, refrigeration, hydraulic, electrical and controls systems, and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, consultants and customers to keep commissioning on schedule.
• Prepare commissioning reports, punch lists and handover documentation.
• Train customer operations and maintenance teams on system operation.
• Provide field feedback to engineering and product development teams to improve product design and reliability.
• Ensure all work meets safety, quality and sustainability standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in commissioning or project management, preferably in data centre, HVAC or related engineering fields.
• Deep technical understanding of chillers, CDUs and other HVAC systems, including refrigeration, hydraulics, controls and sustainability standards.
• Proven success in managing complex engineering products with long development cycles.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work with customers, contractors and cross-functional teams.
• Willing to travel regionally, including to Bangladesh and India.
