What You Do
- Participate and assist in channel product development projects across the markets OCBC operate in
- Assist in the planning, preparation and continuous refinement of the regional channel product roadmap across time horizons (short, mid and long terms)
- Responsible for servicing customer escalations relating to channels defects and process issues
- Responsible for collating data and producing business insights on channel penetration, utilisation, onboarding, customer / employee productivity and the volume / revenue of supported businesses including cash and trade
- Responsible for conducting regular research on voice of customers and employees, competitive activities and development, as well as the latest industry technologies and trends affecting the corporate banking space
- Drive marketing campaigns with key stakeholders and supporting participants to drive channel awareness, adoption and usage
- Assist in the preparation of management reports to update key stakeholders, obtain buy-ins and support and address raised concerns and issues
- Assist in various initiatives that drive customer excellence, and tracking customer satisfaction
Who You Are
- 2 to 5 years of Channel management and/or Cash management experience
- Experience and knowledge of trade products would be an added advantage
- Passionate, committed, and self-motivated, possess a can-do and willing-to-learn attitude
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently, work well under pressure and work effectively in a team.
