About the Role
Atomic Group is representing a multinational medical device company recognized for its innovative solutions and leading products in the neurosurgery field. We are seeking a dynamic and driven Regional Business Development Specialist to lead sales growth, drive business expansion, and execute product marketing strategies across Southeast Asia. This role will be pivotal in managing sales operations, forging strategic partnerships, and leading product launches to strengthen the companys regional footprint.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Management
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed regional targets for neurovascular products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and healthcare professionals.
- Monitor sales performance, prepare regular reports, and present updates to senior management.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to grow revenue.
- Provide regular training and support to distributors and partners.
Market & Strategy Review
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify opportunities and unmet needs.
- Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory developments across Southeast Asia.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to align strategies with business goals.
- Use data-driven insights to refine and adapt business plans to evolving market conditions.
Partnership & Stakeholder Management
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with distributors, agents, and key stakeholders.
- Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships to support long-term growth.
- Represent the company at conferences, workshops, and industry events to enhance visibility and credibility.
Product Marketing & Launches
- Design and implement product marketing strategies tailored to the neurovascular market.
- Plan and lead product launches in close collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
- Gather market feedback post-launch and provide recommendations for optimization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, business development in medical device industry.
- Proven expertise in the Medical Devices industry; experience in neurosurgery, orthopedics, or CMF is a strong advantage.
- Solid track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong skills in Key Account Management, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent communication, project management, and leadership capabilities.
- Independent, results-driven, and collaborative team player.
- Knowledge of cultural and regulatory requirements in Southeast Asia.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% within the region.
