Job Description

Overview:

Our client is hiring for a Business Development Manager to manage and expand business with partners across the South East Asia region.

The role requires experience with the Automotive Telematics or Fleet Management Software solutions, as well as experience working with partners or end users in multiple markets within south east asia.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and grow relationships with strategic partners across south east asia
  • Create and execute business development strategies aligned to segment growth
  • Lead major client pursuits and complex partner integrations
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert across the solution ecosystem and data flows
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams on global initiatives
  • Support RFX processes and advise leadership on strategic opportunities
  • Mentor team members and provide guidance across business development activities

Requirements

  • 10+ years in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management for telematics or fleet management solutions
  • Proven success closing new business and expanding accounts within south east asia
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects
  • Comfortable influencing senior decision-makers
  • Willingness to travel internationally
  • Proficient with CRM systems and standard business tools
