Job Summary:
Drive regional business growth by acquiring new customers and strengthening longterm partnerships within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers across the Asian region to expand the company's market presence
- Advise and support existing customers to strengthen loyalty and build sustainable business relationships
- Lead highlevel commercial negotiations, technical discussions, and professional presentations
- Identify emerging market opportunities and support regional market development initiatives
- Collaborate closely with internal quality, regulatory, and product teams to deliver efficient customer solutions
- Represent the company at regional exhibitions, industry events, customer audits, and key meetings
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in a similar industry
- Proven experience in business development and account management, with a strong focus on customer acquisition and farming activities
- Solid technical knowledge of the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical industry, including raw materials or ingredients
- Strong customercentric mindset with high professional and interpersonal competence
- Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and credibly to diverse stakeholders
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills for seniorlevel customer interactions
- Proficiency in English for liaising with Englishspeaking clients and stakeholders
- Proficiency in additional Asian languages is an added advantage for liaising with regional clients and stakeholders
- Proactive, independent working style with the ability to manage regional responsibilities effectively
