The main responsibilities and duties of this position :-
- Identifying new opportunities, forging strategic partnerships, and increasing the client base to drive revenue and expand market reach in the region (Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam and Philippines).
- Seeking out new business opportunities, expanding market share, and strengthening client partnerships to unlock new growth avenues in the region.
- Introduce GEZE products to key customers in the region.
- Building up and establishing partner sales for the region.
- Understand competitor's business activities and product development in the region.
- Ensure proper sales management of contractors, dealers, distributors and project partners.
- Identifying of top strategic customers and succesfully build long-term relationships control and manage new and exiting customers.
- Make direct contacts with main project decision makers (such as Architects, Developers, General Contractors) to get new business in collaboration with our distributors.
- Manage and resolve customer issues prompty and professionally.
- Conduct sales training where required.
- Monitoring and controlling of the achievements based on company's budgeted sales targets.
- Provide sales forecast with high forecast accuracy.
- Prepare annual sales budget or business plan in consultation with Management.
- Fulfil other tasks as directed by the Management.
- Frequent travel is required as part of the role.
