Regional Business Development Manager (Construction/Engineering Specification)

Responsibilities:
. Identify and develop new business opportunities across Singapore and ASEAN region to drive growth and expand market presence.
. Build and strengthen strategic partnerships with key clients, distributors, and project partners.
. Promote and position company products to targeted customer groups and decision makers.
. Establish and grow partner sales channels to increase regional market share.
. Monitor competitor activities and industry developments to support business strategy.
. Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with strategic customers to ensure retention and satisfaction.
. Collaborate with architects, developers, and contractors to secure new business opportunities.
. Deliver sales training and support to partners where required.
. Track performance against sales targets, prepare accurate forecasts, and provide business updates to management.
. Develop annual business plans and budgets in alignment with company objectives.
. Resolve client issues promptly and professionally to maintain service excellence.
. Travel frequently within the region to support business growth and partner engagement.

Requirements:
. Diploma/Degree holders with at least 5 years of experience in business development, account management or specification sales
. Proven success in channel development and managing key accounts
. Strong relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills
. Ability to travel within ASEAN countries
