Define and set the brand ambition and mission and develop robust brand and marketing strategies for the region to accelerate the growth of assigned brand's business in APAC.
Develop robust new product innovation strategy and pipelines to continue excite market and consumers and achieve sustainable growth for total brand portfolio
Translate insights into action with strong market dynamic understanding (consumer, competitor and customer) and ability to analyse key business drivers, competitive trends and identify white space for growth
Ability to utilize market data (trends, consumer and shopper insights, scanned data) to steer brand growth across markets
Develop effective and efficient Regional Brand ATL campaigns, strong innovation master plan, and holistic marketing campaign with optimized media mix.
Contribute to both topline and bottom line growth with robust plans and strict budget management, incl. the re-allocation for higher/proven activities across countries, if necessary.
Responsible for market shares and brand campaign execution and provide strategic direction proposal to Regional Marketing Director and leadership team, and re-apply learnings for future improvement plans.
Project Management
Design and qualify brand renewals, innovations (line extension or subline launches) and new market entry launches with sustainable business model to accelerate growth behind close collaborations with cross functional team.
Drive the entire product development process across the full mix.
Effectively collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver the above with excellence.
New Business Development
Identify new business model or new channel opportunities to drive brand exponential growth.
