Job description:
1. Brand & Campaign Marketing
- Own the yearly brand calendar and go-to-market planning for Singapore.
- Localize global/regional brand campaigns, messaging, and content to fit the Singapore market.
- Lead PR, media relations, influencer/KOL seeding, and brand storytelling.
- Manage brand assets, visual consistency, and brand guidelines across touchpoints.
2. Retail & Store Marketing
- Partner with retail and operations teams on store opening strategy, launch planning, media invites, VIP activation, and community integration
- Develop in-store marketing activities, VM communication, POP/Signage, and seasonal retail campaigns to drive traffic and conversion.
- Support retail KPIs (traffic, conversion, UPT, ATV) through marketing interventions.
- Integrate CRM capabilities (membership, loyalty, VIP events) into retail experiences.
3. Sports Marketing & Community Ecosystem
- Build partnerships with athletes, ambassadors, sports communities, and training clubs.
- Drive participation in relevant events (running, trail, climbing, skiing, etc.).
- Expand grassroots community engagement and authentic brand advocacy.
- Develop seeding strategies to drive authenticity and product credibility.
4. Digital, Website & CRM
- Localize website content, imagery, brand messaging, and e-commerce touchpoints.
- Work with CRM teams to drive membership sign-ups, customer lifecycle campaigns, and loyalty engagement.
- Oversee social media platforms (IG/FB/TikTok/XHS), content calendar, and performance.
- Coordinate performance marketing (Paid Social, SEM/SEO) and analytics (GA4, social dashboards).
- Build data-driven reporting on digital KPIs (awareness, reach, engagement, CAC, retention, LTV).
5. Cross-functional & Regional Collaboration
- Act as the key Singapore marketing liaison with China HQ and SEA teams.
- Localize global assets while maintaining brand positioning & authenticity.
- Manage agencies, creative vendors, event organizers, and media partners.
- Own marketing budget allocation and ROI measurement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any related field.
- At least 6 years experience in brand marketing or product strategy. For Manager level, at least 2 years of people management.
- Excellent time management, communications, logical-thinking, decision-making, presentation and organizational skills.
- A team player and able to work in fast paced environment.
- High proficiency in English. Ability in Mandarin is a plus for liaison with counterparts in China headquarter.
- Passion for sports is a must.
