A luxury automotive brand is looking for a Regional Aftersales Manager in Singapore.

Your new company

Our client is a luxury automotive brand and they are looking for an experienced Regional Aftersales Manager to lead and elevate aftersales performance across the Southeast Asia region. This role is responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experience, operational excellence, and profitable aftersales performance across the authorized dealer network, aligned with global brand standards.

The successful candidate will act as the regional business partner to dealer principals and aftersales teams, driving service quality, technical capability, parts performance, and customer satisfaction for a highly discerning luxury customer base.

Your new role

  • Drive aftersales performance across Southeast Asia, ensuring service, parts, warranty, and customer experience targets are met
  • Act as the regional aftersales business partner to authorized dealers, supporting performance improvement and operational excellence
  • Ensure consistent implementation of global aftersales standards, policies, and brand requirements across the dealer network
  • Monitor and analyze key KPIs, customer feedback, and quality trends, implementing corrective actions where required
  • Oversee escalated customer cases to ensure timely, fair, and brand‑appropriate resolutions
  • Support technical readiness, training deployment, and aftersales preparation for new model launches and technical campaigns
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, finance, logistics, and global teams to support market growth and dealer development
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to regional and global management

What you'll need to succeed

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in automotive aftersales, with regional or multi‑market exposure preferred
  • Experience within luxury or premium automotive brands strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of service operations, warranty management, parts logistics, and dealer network management
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, able to engage senior dealer leadership
  • Fluency in English is required; additional Southeast Asian languages are an advantage
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast Asia region
