Manage KPIs for service performance, claim resolution, and service quality.
Build and lead a regional service team, promoting collaboration, training, and continuous development.
Provide technical troubleshooting support for complex HVAC and data center cooling issues.
Develop and deliver training programs aligned with global standards and latest technologies.
Improve warranty processes, ensure compliance with regulations, and analyze service data to enhance product reliability.
Maintain strong client and partner relationships and handle escalation cases.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
5+ years experience in HVAC after-sales, technical support, or warranty management (data center experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (e.g., chillers, CRAC, CRAH, AHU).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience in team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
Familiar with CRM/warranty systems and technical documentation.
Willing to travel when required.
