The Red Team Program Manager, assigned to a specific client, will oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of physical red team exercises globally, ensuring alignment with client objectives and security protocols. Responsible for developing detailed exercise plans and managing documentation, the role involves coordinating with diverse teams and facilitating stakeholder meetings to maintain robust client relationships and drive continuous improvements.

 

The role is fully remote with travel to client sites required periodically.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of red team exercises, including physical penetration testing and covert operations at client facilities worldwide.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including field operatives and analysts, to ensure exercises align with client objectives and security protocols.
  • Develop detailed exercise plans, scenarios, and after-action reports that identify vulnerabilities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage program documentation, including service level agreements, risk assessments, and compliance records, ensuring all deliverables meet quality standards.
  • Adhere to key performance indicators such as staffing readiness, timely submission of reports, and resolve issues proactively.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide status updates, and address any service-related concerns to maintain strong client relationships.
  • Oversee expense tracking and resource allocation to support efficient program operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing exercise outcomes and incorporating lessons learned into future operations.
  • All other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience, or a minimum five - seven years of experience in red team program management or leading physical penetration testing exercises.

 

  • Expertise in red team operations, physical security testing methodologies, and covert entry techniques.
  • Proven track record managing global or multi-site red teaming, security auditing or threat vulnerability and risk assessment programs.
  • Experience in developing and delivering high-quality reports, assessments, and client briefings (including briefing senior leadership).
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills for managing distributed field teams.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, meeting deadlines, and sharp focus on details.
  • Proficiency in project and program management tools with a focus on quality, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder interactions and executive-level reporting.
