About The Role

Join our International Wealth Management (IWM) division as a strategic Recruitment Leader, where you'll drive senior-level talent acquisition across Singapore and Hong Kong markets. This pivotal role combines executive recruitment expertise with strategic business partnership, offering the opportunity to shape talent strategies for one of the region's leading wealth management organizations.

This position offers the unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution in one of Asia's most dynamic wealth management markets. You'll work directly with senior leadership while having the flexibility of hybrid working arrangements and the backing of a global recruitment organization.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Partnership & Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as the trusted recruitment advisor to Global Heads, COO, and HRBPs, influencing talent strategy at the highest levels
  • Build and maintain executive relationships across all organizational levels
  • Collaborate with compensation, benefits, legal, and onboarding teams to optimize hiring processes and reduce time-to-hire
  • Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and the Robert Walters recruitment team

Recruitment Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Managing Director and Executive Director positions
  • Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies tailored to wealth management and private banking markets
  • Manage complex compensation negotiations and bonus structures
  • Partner with global recruitment teams to deliver consistent service excellence across regions

Market Intelligence & Advisory

  • Provide strategic market insights and competitor intelligence to inform business decisions
  • Advise leadership on emerging talent trends, sourcing methodologies, and skill requirements
  • Deliver comprehensive management reporting and recruitment analytics
  • Stay ahead of regulatory changes and market developments affecting talent acquisition

Process & Compliance Management

  • Ensure consistent achievement of SLAs and KPIs while maintaining 100% data integrity
  • Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes and best practices
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore employment legislation
  • Manage preferred supplier relationships and vendor performance

Who You Are

  • Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience, with significant exposure to financial services
  • Proven track record in experience of working within wealth management, private banking and financial markets recruitment
  • Senior-level hiring experience at MD/ED level with demonstrable success
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Executive stakeholder management experience with C-suite and senior leadership
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and local recruitment practices

  • Experience leading recruitment teams or working within RPO environments
  • Proficiency with modern ATS platforms and recruitment technology
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with ability to influence at all levels
