Job Description

  • Manage full cycle of recruitment activities
  • Work closely and support Business Unit in recruiting Operational Staff and Shared Services staff
  • Able to formulate and implement strategic recruitment plans and initiatives to meet manpower needs
  • Liaise with various parties on job advertisements, career fair and other recruitment activities
  • Manage high volume of hiring request
  • Background screening, reference checks.
  • Support in HR projects
  • Handle New staff announcement (Executive & Above level)
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
