Recruitment Specialist

E-Contract is looking for a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and hiring candidates for various positions across different industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management and onboarding

• Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media, referrals and other recruitment channels

• Conduct phone screenings and assess candidates based on job requirements

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or clients

• Maintain regular communication with candidates and provide timely updates throughout the recruitment process

• Build and maintain a strong candidate database and recruitment pipeline

• Work closely with the internal team and clients to understand manpower requirements

• Follow up on candidate attendance, offer acceptance and onboarding arrangements

• Achieve recruitment and placement targets within the required timeline

• Perform other recruitment-related duties when required

Requirements:

• Experience in recruitment, staffing or talent acquisition will be an advantage

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently

• Comfortable communicating with candidates from different backgrounds

• Able to manage multiple job vacancies and recruitment priorities
