Recruitment Specialist -Engineering

About the Role

In this role, you will manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle forContract placements within the Engineering Space.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, sourcing and placing quality candidates, and contributing to business growth through new client acquisition and cross-selling opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business development activities to secure new clients and expand market presence.
• Manage the full recruitment process, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to interview coordination, offer management, and placement.
• Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients and candidates to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Achieve individual sales and profitability targets.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and recruitment best practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any discipline in IT or Engineering an added advantage.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or a target-driven environment.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Possess a high level of professionalism, diplomacy, and tact when handling sensitive situations.
• CEI certification will be an added advantage.
