About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Sales Consultant to join our growing sales team at SPEMOCEAN. You will leverage your consultative selling approach to understand client needs, present tailored staffing solutions, and build long-term business relationships that generate recurring revenue.

As a Recruitment Sales Consultant, you will operate independently with full ownership of your sales pipeline, combining recruitment expertise with aggressive business development to expand our client base and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Pipeline Development

·      Identify and prospect new recruitment clients

·      Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover untapped business opportunities

·      Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline; track all client interactions, follow-ups, and deal stages

·      Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to generate new leads through LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals

·      Qualify leads efficiently to determine fit, budget authority, and timeline for recruitment services

Consultative Selling & Solution Development

·      Conduct in-depth discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their recruitment challenges, growth plans, and workforce requirements

·      Assess client needs across technical recruitment, offshore staffing, and project-based hiring

·      Propose customized recruitment solutions aligned with client business objectives and budget

·      Develop compelling presentations and proposals that clearly articulate value propositions and ROI

Contract Negotiation & Deal Closure

·      Skillfully negotiate contract terms, service levels, pricing, and SLAs with clients

·      Prepare comprehensive service agreements that clearly define scope, deliverables, timelines, and performance metrics

·      Manage contract signing and onboarding processes to ensure smooth transition to delivery teams

·      Close deals within sales cycles and achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets

Relationship Management & Account Growth

·      Build trusted advisory relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders

·      Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients to ensure satisfaction

·      Serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts; respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns

·      Identify opportunities to expand scope of work (additional positions, new departments, recurring projects)

Required Qualifications

Experience:

·      Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment sales experience (recruitment agency, staffing consultancy, or recruitment marketing background preferred)

·      Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a consultative or B2B sales environment

·      Demonstrated success in enterprise or mid-market client acquisition

Knowledge & Expertise:

·      Strong understanding of recruitment industry dynamics, staffing models, and hiring cycles

·      Understanding of contract negotiation, SLA development, and service-level management

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience in staffing or recruitment sales

·      Track record of managing enterprise relationships and landing large-value contracts

·      Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese (speaking and writing)

·      Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
