Job Scope :
. Perform staffing activities for clients from Engineering, IT and Healthcare Sectors.
. Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
. Service existing clients and to source for New Businesses
. Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
. Conduct market research and competitive analysis in the recruitment industry
. Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
. Achieve Individual & Company sales targets
Requirements :
. Possess a Diploma/Degree in any field
. Preferably with CEI qualification. Those without certificate are welcomed to apply.
. Preferably with 1-2 years recruitment and/or sales experience.
