About the role

What You'll Do

1. Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and business goals
2. Source, engage, and inspire top talent across industries
3. Manage the recruitment cycle - from outreach to offer
4. Build long-term relationships with clients and candidates
5. Contribute ideas to strengthen our brand and candidate experience

What we're looking for

1. 1-3 years of demonstrated experience in a recruitment or sales role, ideally within the HR & Recruitment industry
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both clients and candidates
3. Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
4. A proactive, resilient and results-driven mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
5. A collaborative team player who is committed to contributing to the success of the wider organization
