What you'll be doing:

Own and manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and talent sourcing through to offer management and placement.
Build, develop, and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients, identifying opportunities to grow your portfolio and market presence.
Source, engage, and attract top-tier talent through proactive networking, headhunting, and strategic search techniques.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients by providing market intelligence, salary benchmarking, hiring trends, and recruitment best practices.
Deliver exceptional candidate and client experiences while consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets.
Develop deep expertise within your chosen specialist market and establish yourself as a go-to recruitment partner.

What we're looking for:

Proven success within an agency recruitment environment.
Experience recruiting within Technology, Sales & Marketing, E-commerce, Corporate Functions, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Industrial sectors is highly regarded.
Valid Singapore CEI certification.
A strong commercial mindset with a passion for business development, relationship building, and delivering results.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Resilience, drive, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly rewarding environment.
Knowledge of Singapore's talent landscape and hiring market trends is advantageous.
