- Source & identify potential candidates through various channels (eg LinkedIn, jobportals, events or friends network)
- Introduce & promote the career to prospective candidates
- Build & maintain a strong pipeline of talent
- Coordinate & schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Support onboarding and ensure a smooth transition for new recruits
- Track & report recruitment progress
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in any discipline
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with outreach and engaging new peple
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales or customer facing roles is an advantage
