Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they align with job requirements and company values.

  • Schedule and organise interviews with hiring managers, providing necessary background on candidates and ensuring smooth interview logistics.

  • Maintain a positive candidate experience through timely communication and updates throughout the hiring process.

  • Partner with department heads to understand their hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.

  • Extend job offers and assist candidates through the onboarding process.

Requirements:

  • No experience required - Training and industry certification will be provided

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to assess candidate skills and fit accurately

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
