Role Description

We are seeking a Recruitment Manager / Talent Acquisition Specialist / Recruitment Coordinator to manage and enhance our talent acquisition processes. In this hybrid role based in Singapore, with flexibility for remote work, you will be responsible for talent sourcing, recruitment campaigns, fostering candidate engagement, and ensuring a strong candidate experience. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating hiring strategies, managing job postings, interviewing candidates, collaborating with team leads to understand hiring needs, and maintaining recruitment reports. This is a full-time position, ideal for someone passionate about connecting people and fostering community growth.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Talent Sourcing, Candidate Screening, and Interviewing
  • Ability to develop and execute Recruitment Strategies and manage Recruitment Campaigns
  • Strong Organizational and Time Management skills
  • Proficient Communication and Relationship-Building skills, with a focus on Candidate Experience and Engagement
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Recruitment Analytics
  • Familiarity with Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in recruitment practices
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in community-based organizations or recruitment roles in non-profits is a plus
