Job Responsibilities:

Participate in and promote the recruitment process, assist the recruitment manager in delivering results as planned.

Maintain recruitment channels according to hiring needs, including resume screening, candidate sourcing, phone communication, and interview scheduling.

Maintain recruitment data, summarize and regularly analyze issues in the recruitment process, and output recruitment reports periodically.

Support other recruitment activities and projects.

职位要求:

Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree, with no restriction on major.

Proficient in using LinkedIn as a recruitment channel; prior experience as an overseas recruitment intern is preferred.

Previous recruitment internship experience is preferred.

Conscientious and result-oriented, with strong logical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.

Able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and demonstrate strong self-motivation.

Available for an internship of at least 3 months, with preference for those who can start immediately.
