Job Summary
Join CREW as a Recruitment Intern / Temp, where you will support consultants in high-volume recruitment projects. This role provides hands-on exposure to candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and recruitment operations in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, referrals, and outreach
- Support interview scheduling and onboarding for candidates
- Liaise with candidates and clients for updates and follow-ups
- Help with mass recruitment drives, events, and project coordination
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
- Provide administrative support to consultants on day-to-day tasks
Requirements
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and organised
- Good communication skills and ability to engage with people
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Willing to learn and proactive in supporting the team
